On the Toolbar, go to TOOLS and select EMAIL ACCOUNTS. |

| 2. | Select ADD A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT.![]() |
| 3. | Select POP3.![]() |
| 3. | In the YOUR NAME field, enter the name you want your email
recipients to see. All the other information you need for this screen is in your Site Technical Notes: - Enter the EMAIL ADDRESS we have allocated you. - Enter the names of the POP3 and SMTP servers. - Enter your LOGIN ID and PASSWORD. ![]() Once you have entered the required information, click the MORE SETTINGS button. |
| 4. | If you wish, on the GENERAL tab you will have the opportunity
to overwrite the POP3 Server name with your own choice of name, e.g.
'Main email account'.![]() |
| 5. | Go to the OUTGOING SERVER tab and tick the
box 'MY OUTGOING SERVER (SMTP) REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION'. |
| 6. | Click OKAY to return to the previous screen and then click NEXT,
followed by FINISH. Your
new email account is now fully operational. |
| As with step 1, on the Toolbar, go to TOOLS and select EMAIL ACCOUNTS. One the next screen select VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING E-EMAIL ACCOUNTS, press Next. ![]() |

| In the Email Accounts Window you will see your new email account, identified
by the name
you have given it, or by its original name POP3 Server. Click on the account and highlight it, then click the CHANGE button. ![]() |

| In the Email Settings window change the OUTGOING MAIL (SMTP) server name
to that given to you by your ISP. Then, in click on the MORE SETTINGS button. ![]() |

On the OUTGOING SERVER tab, enter the settings given you
by your ISP as follows:![]() |

| Then click on OKAY, followed by NEXT and then
FINISH. You are now receiving your email via the Ready2Web mail server but sending via your ISP's mail server. This will reduce the amount of bandwidth you use on your Ready2Web account. |
